Konsep Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Berbasis Potensi Lokal: Hamemayu Hayuning Bawana Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan. Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi salah satu prioritas utama untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Namun, strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang efektif harus disesuaikan dengan konteks lokal dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat setempat. Penelitian konseptual ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berbasis pada potensi lokal di DIY. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis terhadap potensi sumber daya alam, budaya, dan kearifan lokal di DIY, paper ini mengajukan kerangka konseptual pemberdayaan masyarakat yang terintegrasi dengan pembangunan ekonomi kerakyatan, pelestarian budaya, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan. Konsep ini menekankan pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat, penguatan kapasitas lokal, dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, swasta, dan masyarakat dalam proses pemberdayaan. Dengan mengoptimalkan potensi lokal, diharapkan pemberdayaan masyarakat di DIY dapat memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi, melestarikan identitas budaya, dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan secara seimbang dan berkelanjutan.
